Authorfy: Christian O'Connell
Authorfy took us to the radio studio of Christian O'Connell, host of the regular breakfast show on Absolute Radio. Before Christian had to pop out to interview Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds, we managed to sneak 15 minutes with him in the radio studio. Our second day shooting involved constructing a radio set, where our brilliant actor Jonny played the lead character in Christian's book... a 12 year old radio DJ.

SAI/ BFI: At the British Museum
This week we had a session at the British Museum, to talk about the life and death of the characters in our stories... both literally and psychologically. For a strong story arc, a character must have a rebirth of some kind, and the Life & Death room at the British Museum provided plenty of opportunity for inspiration, learning about the role death plays in different cultures. Authorfy: Guy Bass
With the ramp up to launch, it was time to film our final Authorfy video with "farmers daughter, and writer of things" Guy Bass. It was a lot of fun, involving a dog, drone, and a quite exceptional house.
SAI/ BFI: First Feature
I have been on the fence for a long time about writing and directing a feature film, with my primary concern being that if I messed it up... there would be no second chance. A first feature is different to the others in your career, in that no-one would presumably give me money to make a second feature if the first one proved not successful. A short film may be easy to shake off if it didn't go the way you wanted it to, however a feature would be much harder to bury! Am I a m
